Small Group Training

For those of you who like the idea of training but love being in a group, Small Group Personal Training is for you. Based on the same style of programming used in our 1 on 1 Personal Training Program, Small Group Personal Training adds an element of fun while working out with others of similar goals and ability.

It has been proven through studies that when working out in a group three major things happen. People workout longer, workout harder, and they are more likely to show up to the workout in the first place. Small Group Personal Training isn’t quite as individualized as 1 on 1 Personal Training, but it is definitely a lot more fun
