Hardy Up Fitness Challenge

If you want the strength training without a coach Hardy Up Fitness will program 2 workouts per week printed and ready Monday morning in the open gym area. It will also be posted on Instagram “STWHardyUpFitness” so you can view videos on how to perform each movement in the workout. This way you have 2 workouts per week that you can come use our open gym whenever is convenient for you. Each day’s workout will end with the “Challenge” which will be a hard push to finish as fast or as heavy as you can, with the goals of sharing on social media, and on the board in the open gym so others can compete with you from week to week.
