Online Programs

FITNESS ROULETTE

A fun fast paced 30 min class where the instructor can use any and all equipment, inducing cycle bikes, rowers (at Crossroads only) and anything else they think will challenge you! The fun here is you never fully know what the instructor could plan for the day! 

 

CYCLING 

Our cycle classes are engineered to increase your overall fitness level. You’ll be led through different levels of intensity, varying both resistance and cadence. Your heart rate is the “gauge” that tells you when you’re getting it done.

You have complete control of how moderate or intense your workout will be. You choose your own goals. But be warned–our instructors know how to motivate you to give maximum effort.

 

 

F.I.S.T. BAG

Experience the next evolution in bag class! Using the next generation of bags, 200 pound tear drop water filled rubber bags. The bag is designed to give you the feel of making contact with a human body as well as eliminating hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder injury and discomfort. Because the design, all of the kinetic energy from striking will be absorbed into the rubber and water, creating less stress on your joints. This bag will also allow us to use all punching combos that we could not use on traditional heavy bags, such as upper cuts. The bags will be suspended in the air which will allow you to initiate a lot more movement and fitness drills in the new FIST Bag program.

KETTLEBELL- KBX or Kettlebell Strong

Enjoy the Russian experience with this time efficient and highly effective training program for muscular strength, power, dynamic flexibility, and aerobic conditioning. Introduced to the US a few decades ago, Kettlebell mainly emphasizes on utilizing your core strength. Unlike dumbbells, a Kettlebell weight is distributed at one end rather than being even at two ends. Kettlebells are ideal for performing ballistic, whole-body exercises such as cleans, snatches, and their variations. Kettlebells can be used individually or in pairs. Anyone who is healthy enough for strength training can integrate the use of Kettlebells into their training regimen.

We offer 2 HFS classes to utilize this piece of equipment specifically:

KBX – a 20 min cardio and muscular endurance burner, typically using lighter KBs and working 2-30sec at a time.

KB Strong– a 30 min strength focused class with a little HIIT cardio blended in. Typically we use heavier kettlebells in this class, starting with movements that build into combinations.

CARDIO KICKBOXING PLUS

Polish and perfect your Krav Maga combative with high-intensity movements sure to make you break into a full-fledged sweat. This class is taught by a certified, Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor. Combinations are a little more advanced than Fitness Kickboxing, feet are aligned facing forward and hips staying square. Instructors are free to use our pod  bags for striking practice, shadow boxing techniques and light hand weights to work on keeping those hands up!

TEMPO BELL

This 20min class will have those muscles burning for sure!! A fun and fast paced class built to the rhythm of the music using dumbbells and body weight only. The goal is to stay on beat!

2BX

Another quick 20 min burn! Instructors utilize wall balls, medicine balls, resistance bands and body weighted movements and again on beat with the music to keep you moving and the sweat dripping!

MORE TEAM FITNESS CLASSES

 

STRICTLY STRENGTH

This class is an hour long.  It offers the traditional style of weight lifting that will target almost every muscle in your body.  It offers an anaerobic style of workout, with short periods of strength lifting and rest periods to offer maximal output to increase strength and power.

We offer 3 variations in our HFS strength classes;

Hypertrophy– where you’ll work lighter weights and higher repetitions, building both muscular strength and endurance.

Max Strength– where we SLOW it down, choose fewer movements and really push you to increase the weight and challenge your limits!

Max Strength AND Power– Similar to the above where we will choose fewer movements and ask you to challenge your self on the weight. Along with that we will throw in a few power moves which could be things like jumps or explosive lifts.

POWER FIT

SUPERSIZE your workout menu with an intense, 20 or 30 minute class designed to provide a fast, efficient, and high intensity workout.  Any and all equipment to be used as deemed appropriate by the instructor.

REV FIT HIT

This HFS is unique to STW! A high intensity, cardio conditioning class and fat burning class that has you working on your striking and utilizing the bag as a “weight”. You will improve your speed and endurance and even get comfortable hitting the bag!

INFERNO

Challenge yourself both physically AND mentally in this high-intensity strength & conditioning class focusing on power, strength, endurance and mental toughness.

YOGA PSR

YOGA TAKES EXERCISE TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. INSTEAD OF BEING FOCUSED JUST ON GETTING STRONG AND LEAN, YOGA AIMS TO IMPROVE YOUR BODY’S ENTIRE PHYSIOLOGY.

PSR / YOGA, POWER YOGA & PILATES (PERFORMANCE STRETCH & ROLL)

All three techniques are blended to help create a better balance for all. Foam rollers will challenge and strengthen your body in new ways to help you work your core, align your spine, and help you to release tension in those tender muscles or hard to reach places. Develop better breathing technique while at the same time improve your balance, flexibility and endurance.
